We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with every item that they purchased from fogsupermarket If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 24hours of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, handling, and other charges.
The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with receipt/invoice, parts and accessories to ensure refund credit.
RETURN RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
- You must include the return form or bottom portion of the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records.
- Shipping and handling costs, gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.
- We will not accept C.O.D. or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you do not contact Customer Support, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

CREDIT
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment you originally used for purchase, within 2 days of our receiving your returned product. We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
